Mobb Deep is a hip hop duo from Queens NYC. The 2 members are Havoc and Prodigy. They met in the 80s at the High School of Art and Design in New York City.

They were in a fued with 2pac and the East vs West coast fued in the 90s. Prodigy has a sickle-cell disease which 2pac mocked him about in various songs.
